Racking is the figure that moves, and it moves by a factor of two. On the HD-361 a 300 kg beam limit means light loads only; 600 kg puts real pallet loads into racking, and that is what this build is for. Every rating still assumes an evenly distributed load and falls with a concentrated or point load.

The drawing shows where the change is, and it is on the long side. The corner blocks grow to 248 mm from 206.8, so the fork opening narrows to 252 mm from 280 and gains 3 mm of height, at 93 mm. More block, less opening: more bearing material exactly where a beam takes the load.

Overall height is unchanged at 150 mm and the footprint is within a couple of millimetres, so it drops into the same racking and the same stacking pattern as the lighter builds.

Four-way, two openings a side, the same on both axes:

Dimensions carry a ±5 mm production tolerance.

High-density polyethylene, resistant to humidity, airborne environmental pollutants, and chemical acids and corrosives, which is what puts this family on petrochemical and chemical sites. Serviceable from −4 °F to +104 °F (−20 to +40 °C). Supplied in grey, white, navy or blue, with other colours to order. Anti-slip rubber, and handled by hand pallet truck, forklift or reach truck. The connected six-runner base gives a continuous bearing surface, so it runs on conveyors as well as beams.

Logo printed or embossed, and note the positions are the reverse of the lighter builds: the insert is on the long-side corner blocks here, not the short-side ones. RFID transponders can be integrated for pool tracking.

No insert is offered on the short-side corner blocks, and this build carries no safety rim option.

374 per jumbo trailer and 320 per 40 ft high-cube container, the same as the lighter builds: the extra material is inside the envelope, so the capacity gain costs nothing in cube.
