What the extra kilogram buys, and what it does not
It does not buy capacity. Static, dynamic and racking loads are published as identical to the HD-361, at 11,023 lb, 2,756 lb and 661 lb. Neither build carries reinforcement profiles, and the two share one dimensioned drawing.
So the difference is material, not geometry: about 7% more polymer in the same envelope. Read the tolerance before you lean on that figure, though: both weights are published as ± 0.5 kg, so the one kilogram is nominal, and the two bands touch at 15.0 kg. Piece by piece the gap can be smaller.
Where that material goes, and what it is for, is not documented, and we will not guess on a load-bearing product. If durability rather than rating is what you are buying, send us the application and the volume and we will come back with an answer rather than an inference.
