The RC-141 is the **shallow** box in the rigid range: **670 litres** in a
30 in envelope, with **smooth closed walls** and a choice of **four**
bases.

### Four bases, and they are not interchangeable
The base **snaps on**, and what you choose changes the height, the weight
and whether the box can go on beams:

- **RC-141** four legs, **79.37 lb**, 30.31 in tall. The build
  offered with a **castor option**.
- **RC-141-8L** eight legs, **84.88 lb**, same height. Gains **pallet jack
  access from all four sides**.
- **RC-141-2R** two runners, **85.98 lb**, 31.10 in tall, and
  **rack-capable at 1,102 lb (500 kg)**.
- **RC-141-3R** three runners, **92.59 lb**, 31.10 in tall, and
**rack-capable**. The heaviest base, and the one that leaves the least
  open underside.

The runners sit under the feet and add **20 mm** to the overall height.
Everything above the base is identical: same interior, same capacity, same
static, stacking and dynamic loads, same freight.

### Capacity and dimensions
- **Outside 47.24 × 39.37 × 30.31 in (1200 × 1000 × 770 mm)** on legs,
**31.10 in (790 mm)** on runners
- **Inside 44.09 × 36.22 × 24.21 in (1120 × 920 × 615 mm)**
- **177 US gal (670 L)**

The drawings put the box itself at **730 mm** on every build, so the base
structure is **40 mm** on legs and **60 mm** on runners. Dimensions carry
a **±5 mm production tolerance**.

### Ratings
- **Static load 9,921 lb (4,500 kg)**
- **Stacking load 9,921 lb (4,500 kg)**
- **Dynamic load 1,102 lb (500 kg)**
- **Racking load 1,102 lb (500 kg)**, on the two runner builds only

All assume an **evenly distributed load**. **The stacking figure comes
from the datasheets.**

These are lower ratings than the 36 in boxes in this range, which carry
11,023 lb static and 2,205 lb dynamic. If you need those, look at the
RC-121.

### Fork and jack clearance
This is where the four bases really differ, and the numbers come straight
off the drawings:

- **Four legs**, feet 155 mm at the corners, leaving **890 mm clear along
the long side and 690 mm across the short**. The most open base here.
- **Eight legs**, a further foot at the middle of each side, dividing
those into **370 mm and 270 mm** openings.
- **Two runners**, **370 mm** openings along the long side, **690 mm**
  clear across the short.
- **Three runners**, divided both ways, **370 mm and 270 mm**.

### Construction
Walls and base are **closed**, which all four datasheets state and two of
them caption directly. The wall panels are **smooth**, not ribbed, with a
raised label area moulded into the long side. Corners are **rounded**.
The underside is a **square rib lattice**.

### Where it goes
Vegetables, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, small parts and loose bulk goods,
across **the food industry, agriculture and industrial production**. It
**adapts very well to automatic conveying systems**, and **the material
is food-grade**.

Handled with a **forklift, reach truck or hand pallet jack**.

### Identification
Logo **printed or embossed**, both offered, in an **88 × 128 mm panel on
the long side**. Supplied in **grey, white, navy or blue**, with other
colours to order.

### Freight
**104 per jumbo trailer and 84 in a 40 ft high cube**, the same on every
build.
