The NP-191 is the **nine-leg** member of the lightweight nestable range:
a 48×40 footprint, a ventilated diamond-lattice deck, and nine tapered legs
with no runners under them. At **14.33 lb** it is the lightest 48×40 pallet
in the catalogue.

### This is the one that really nests
It ships **1,300 per jumbo trailer and 1,100 per 40 ft high-cube
container**. Set that against the two closest pallets in this catalogue:

- **NP-191**, nine legs, nestable: **1,300** per trailer
- **RP-191**, nine legs, rigid: **650**
- **NP-131**, the runner build of this same range: **550**

The nesting is doing the work, not the nine-leg base on its own, because
the rigid nine-leg pallet manages half as many. And the runners on the
NP-131 do not merely reduce the benefit, they **erase it**: with them
fitted it loads fewer per trailer than the rigid pallet does.

If empties travel back to you, that is the number that pays for the pallet.

### Ratings, and a conflict worth knowing about
- **Static load 2,205 lb (1,000 kg)**
- **Dynamic load 1,543 lb (700 kg)**

Two sets of figures are in circulation for this model: 1,000 kg static and
800 kg dynamic in one, 1,400 and 700 in the other. Both figures above are
the **lower** of the two, and we publish the conservative figure in each
case while the difference is reconciled. **If you are specifying to the
limit, ask us before you order** and we will confirm rather than guess.

Both assume an **evenly distributed load** and fall with a concentrated or
point load.

### What it is for
Light goods export and production-line work. It is **easy for one person to
move by hand** when empty, and it carries bulky but light loads well, since
the deck is the full 48×40 while the pallet is under 15 lb. It is not a
racking pallet and it is not a heavy-load pallet.

### Material and service conditions
High-density polyethylene, resistant to humidity, airborne environmental
pollutants, and chemical acids and corrosives. Serviceable from
**−4 °F to +104 °F** (−20 to +40 °C). Supplied in **grey, white, navy or
blue**, with other colours to order. Handled with a hand pallet jack,
forklift or reach truck. Dimensions carry a **±5 mm production tolerance**.

### Identification
Logo printed or embossed, at one position, and **RFID transponders can be
integrated** for pool tracking.

- **Long side, corner blocks** 250 × 60 mm

No insert is offered on the short side or the centre, and this build
carries no safety rim option.
