The FG-131 is the **48×40** food-grade pallet: a welded, entirely closed
deck on the larger footprint, and the widest choice of builds in this
catalogue at **nine configurations**.

### Built for automated lines
One design change sets it apart: **inner round corners**, which give the
smoothest passage through **automatic conveyor systems** and cut the risk
of a pallet catching and being damaged. The
drawing puts the radius at **R28**, tighter than the R30 on both 47×31
food-grade pallets, so it is a real change rather than a phrase.

The deck itself is **perfectly smooth and flat**, which is what stops dirt
and dust collecting and what lets it run on rollers.

Everything here comes as **three runners or five**. The five-runner build

### Hygiene and material
Made of **food-grade polyethylene**, with smooth flat surfaces that give

The **ESD** build is conductive plastic for electronics handling, and the
**PP** builds take **+140 °F** rather than +86 °F.
