The CB-191 is the **48×40 collapsible bulk container**: a nine-leg pallet
base, a folding sleeve and a lid, and it **folds flat in a few steps**.

### The empty-return problem, solved differently
A rigid box comes back as air. A nestable one comes back stacked. This one
comes back **folded**, and takes up **80% less space** on the return
leg.

That is the whole case for it. If your boxes go out full and come back
empty over any distance, the folded return is where the money is.

at 1186 × 986**, so the base sits about 7 mm inside the sleeve on each
edge. It puts the overall height at **1035 mm** against the specified
1020. Dimensions carry a **±5 mm production tolerance**.

### A note on the dynamic load
Two figures are in circulation for this box: 250 kg, which the datasheet

overstating a load rating is the one error worth being careful about.

A **nine-leg pallet base** in black, a **folding sleeve**, and
a lid. Material is **HDPE-PPC**, a polypropylene copolymer blend.
Corners are **rounded**.

### Handling
Handled with a **forklift, reach truck or hand pallet jack**. **The
material is food-grade.**

**We make no industry or conveyor claim for it**, unlike the rigid boxes
in this range, and have not borrowed theirs.

### Cleaning and resistance
**Washable and suitable for disinfection.** Resistant to water, to
airborne environmental pollutants and to corrosive chemicals. Rated
**−4 °F to +104 °F (−20 to +40 °C)**. A wider −40 to +60 °C range is
sometimes quoted for this box, but the datasheet does not support it, so
we do not publish it.

### Identification
Logo **printed or embossed**, both offered, in a **145 × 45 mm panel on
the centre leg**. **RFID transponders can be integrated.** Supplied in
**grey, white, navy or blue**, with other colours to order.

assembled, 250 of them would need four times the space a container has.
