The EP-231 is a single-moulded Euro-footprint pallet in high-density
polyethylene, built for closed-loop distribution where the same pallets
circulate between fixed sites rather than leaving with the load. At
1200 × 800 × 150 mm it matches the Euro footprint that European racking,
shuttle systems and conveyor lines are dimensioned around.

Three integrated full-length runners carry the load. That is what keeps the
pallet to **26.46 lb** while still taking **8,818 lb static**, and it is the
reason the pallet runs on conveyor and automatic shuttle racking systems that will
not accept a nine-leg base, a continuous runner gives the line something to
bear on along its whole length.

### Built for automated and mechanised handling
The pallet handles with a hand pallet truck, a forklift or a reach truck, and
is specified as suitable for automatic shuttle racking and conveyor systems.
The deck carries an anti-slip surface to limit load movement in transit.

It is serviceable from **−4 °F to +104 °F** (−20 to +40 °C), which covers
unheated warehousing and chilled distribution alike, and the polyethylene
