The WF-0524 is the **full-width panel**: at 1200 mm it is the widest in
the range and the one that covers ground.

### What the widths are for
A wall is formed from as few panels as it can be. This one carries
**1200 mm of wall in a single lift**, so a 3.6 m run is three panels and
six ties rather than nine panels and eighteen. Fewer joints is also a
better face: every vertical joint is a line that has to be made good.

The five narrower widths, **200 to 400 mm in 50 mm steps**, are what make
a run up to length once the full-width panels have done the distance.
Order the range together: a site that is one make-up width short is a
site waiting on a delivery.

### Moulded, not fabricated
Polypropylene or ABS, rib grid behind the face, **tie slots down both long
edges**, in **black or white**.

- **No release agent** on the polymer face
- **No rust, no water uptake, no swelling**
- **As-struck finish**

### Designing falsework around it
Formwork is specified against the concrete pressure it has to hold, in
kN/m², which depends on pour rate, slump and temperature as much as on the
panel. **Ask us before you design falsework to a pour rate.**

**Reusable.** Cycle count quoted on request.

### What is stated rather than tested
Four things are catalogue statements rather than test results, and they
are worth having in one place:

- **Minimum 100 uses**
- **70% lighter** than steel formwork
- **No tower crane** needed to move it
- Broken forms **replaced with new** at the end of the project

The reuse figure is a catalogue statement, not a tested cycle life.
**Ask us** if a contract needs it evidenced.
